How to get started with your online businesses

I have a lot to cover with you today. But before we get started, I want to stress to you how important it is that you take as much time as possible getting your affiliate URL listed on as many search engines as you can. While it does take longer for you to see the results from search engines, you cannot skip this vital step! That's because search engines work for you tirelessly night and day. They don't depend on you to send out emails or get other kinds of publicity. Once your URL is listed, it will be there quietly making you money all the time! SEARCH ENGINE LISTING IS A VERY IMPORTANT STEP. Don't skip it!

With that said, let's get our feet wet by sending out some free emails! I'm going to give you a few places to start today, but don't worry -- there will be many more methods to come! You want to send your ad out to other people for free. We're going to send your ads to groups of people who will willingly read them and have "opted in" to do so. Why would they do that? Because the people on these lists want to receive information about new products and offers that are available to them. Of course, some of the people in these groups are as sneaky as us and will want to send you ads for their products or services as well. Basically, you'll be joining groups of people who have all agreed to receive ads from each other by email. There are millions of people in these groups.

By joining these groups, you are going to receive a lot of ads in your email from other members. And since you'll be joining a lot of these groups, you'll end up getting FLOODED with sales letters because the effect will be multiplied. That is why I strongly recommend that you set up a separate email account and NEVER USE your real email account while employing this technique. If you don't take this IMPORTANT STEP, you'll end up having to weed through hundreds of sales letters a day looking for important emails from people you really know. You can sign up for a FREE email account at sites like HOTMAIL.com, YAHOO.com, and many others. Do this FIRST, before proceeding with the rest of these instructions.

Got your new email account? Great. Let's go to the next step. Using your NEW email account, send an email to each of the following three addresses with the word "SUBSCRIBE" in the subject line (you don't have to write anything in the actual email -- it can be blank): 100grandamonthclub-subscribe@yahoogroups.com 100perday-subscribe@yahoogroups.com yourhomebiz-subscribe@yahoogroups.com It may take a few minutes, but you will receive an email back from all three groups asking you to confirm that you wish to join. Be sure you carefully read each email you get back and follow the instructions for confirming your membership. You will either be required to click on a link for confirmation or to simply reply back to their email. It's easy. But you will not be allowed to send your ad to members until you have confirmed that you wish to be a member first.

While I have given you only three of these groups for starters, I have a list of hundreds for you.  But we need to take baby steps and make sure you understand the ins and outs of this technique before we turn you loose.
